Our 1 bedroomed apartment in Flachau is a modern, spacious, and comfortable property offering generous accommodation for up to 4 people (55 m2). It was built in November 2008 to exacting standards and is within walking distance (100 metres) of the Achter Jet ski lifts and après-ski. A bus stop is directly opposite the property if access to alternative ski slopes and gondolas is required.

The property offers under-floor heating throughout, a modern kitchen and a 42” TV with some English, German, Dutch and French channels. The leather sofa-bed converts to a comfortable 4’6” bed and the large bathroom has a corner bath and separate walk-in shower. The bedroom has a Superkingsize bed and ample Wardrobe space. Access to the 2nd floor apartment can be gained by either stairs or by lift - very welcome at the end of a day skiing or walking! Wifi is available for a small cost.

The large south-facing balcony (20 m2) overlooks the mountains and the Flachau valley.  The apartment has a cellar and boot room for storing your skis and boots, an underground car park is available for your use also.
