Prices & Terms of Rental
Changeover day:
Arrivals can be any day of the week.
Check-in 3pm - 7pm For arrivals outside these times please email me at csl@austrianskiapartment.co.uk. The charges for out of hours arrival is €30.00
Check-out on departure day: 10am
Rental Includes:
Electricity Heating Hot water Welcome visit
Additional costs:
- Tourist tax @ €1.30 euros per person 15 years and over per night - to be paid with final balance.
- Final cleaning charge of €84 - to be added to accommodation cost and paid at time of final balance 8 weeks before arrival date.
- Laundry charge of €18 per person per linen change. You are welcome to bring your own bedlinen and towels.
We pass on these costs to the tenant directly as they are charged to us. The changeover costs in Flachau are high, plus we pay 20% VAT on these charges (except Tourist tax).
Booking Deposit:
A deposit of 20 % of the rental cost is required to secure your booking (minimum €120/£100).
