Prices & Terms of Rental

Changeover day:

Arrivals can be any day of the week.

Check-in 3pm - 7pm, for arrivals outside these times please email me at csl@austrianskiapartment.co.uk. There may be a charge made for such arrivals.

Check-out on departure day 10am.

Rental Includes:

Bed linen Towels Electricity Heating & Hot water

Rental Excludes:

Tourist tax @ €1.20 euros per person 15 years and over per day - to be paid with final balance. Final cleaning & Laundry @ €75 - to be added to weekly cost and paid at time of final balance 8 weeks before arrival date.

Booking Deposit:

A deposit of 20 % of the rental cost is required to secure your booking (minimum €120/£100).
